Enterprise team enablement

Give your own teams the capability to deliver with AI.

Move agentic engineering into everyday delivery with practices your organization understands and owns. We work with business, product, architecture, engineering and QA leaders on real implementation work.

Enable your team

Build an operating capability

Buying coding assistants is a starting point. Consistent delivery also needs clear intent, useful context, appropriate access, reliable validation and people who know where their judgment is required.

We help your teams establish those practices and apply them to a meaningful piece of work. The objective is a capability your organization can continue to run and improve.

What the engagement establishes

1. A delivery baseline

Map the current workflow, bottlenecks, quality measures and candidate use cases. Select a bounded pilot with an observable baseline and explicit acceptance criteria.

2. Business and product ownership

Define who sets outcomes, priorities, requirements and acceptance. Turn those decisions into specifications and evidence that engineers and agents can use.

3. Practical engineering controls

Establish context management, approved tool access, testing, evaluation, review, release and incident responsibilities appropriate to your environment. Make the rules visible in the delivery workflow.

4. Working integrations

Connect agreed AI tools to repositories, CI, requirements and delivery systems within approved permissions. Keep the setup maintainable by the people who will own it.

5. Hands-on coaching

Practice requirements refinement with product owners, architecture and review with engineers, and evidence-based validation with QA. Use current work so the team learns how to handle its own constraints.

6. Measured improvement and handover

Compare results with the baseline, refine reusable playbooks and demonstrate that the team can run the next cycle with reduced external support.

Who steers the work?

Business and product owners decide the value to deliver and the order of delivery. Engineering leaders own feasibility, architecture, security and reliability. QA helps define and assess the evidence. Agents carry out bounded tasks against explicit requirements and review rules.

These responsibilities remain important as automation increases. Greater autonomy is introduced deliberately where the team has evidence that it is useful.

What stays with you

An agreed operating model, configured workflows, reusable specifications and checks, an evaluated pilot, practical team knowledge and a prioritized rollout plan. Your team should be able to explain the process and use it without depending on a particular external operator.

What does the 5× target mean?

For a selected workflow, our pilot ambition is comparable accepted output using one-fifth of the baseline total engineering effort. Review, rework and integration effort count. Delivery time and quality are measured separately. The measured result determines the next step; the target is not a guarantee.

Do we need to replace our tools?

We begin with your approved environment and identify the smallest useful changes. Requirements-Driven Engineering can work alongside existing repositories, CI pipelines and work-management systems.
